Darbhanga Labs: Terms of Service & Service Rules
By subscribing to any plan at Darbhanga Labs, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and operational rules. These terms are designed to ensure high-velocity delivery and the highest quality of work for all our partners.
1. The Subscription Model
- Prepaid Service: All services are 100% prepaid. Your "Darbhanga Dash" will be activated only after the monthly subscription fee is cleared.
- No Refunds: Due to the high-intensity nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a sprint has begun.
- Cancellation: You may cancel anytime; access remains until the end of your current cycle.
2. Operational Rules (The "Active Task" System)
To maintain velocity, we operate on a strict "Active Task" limit based on your tier:
- Growth Lite (India): 1 Active Task.
- Growth Pro (India): 2 Active Tasks.
- Growth Plan (Global): 2 Active Tasks.
- Growth + Build (Global): 4 Active Tasks.
How it works:
- You add unlimited requests to your Task Backlog.
- We move your plan's designated number of tasks into the "Active" column.
- Once an Active task is completed, we move the next item from the Backlog into Active.
3. Turnaround Times
- Standard Delivery: 24 hour turnaround for most tasks.
- Complex Tasks: Larger builds are broken into 24-hour sprints.
By processing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
